The 2023-24 Seventh Grade Book Study winners are: Brian Jack, The Bridge Home, Cracking the Bell, 11 Paper Hearts, The Final Four, Four Found Dead, Greenglass House, Greenwood Gone: Henry's Story, Sunkissed, and Tell Me Three Things. The books are in the Media center. Thank you to the Harmon High PTO for sponsoring this event.

The next Scholastic Book Fair will be held in the Fall 2024.

Makerspace

The first Makerspace project will be the Fastest Puzzler. Listen to the announcements will the project will start.

3D Printer

The sign up for the 1st quarter for 3D printing has closed.  Contact Mrs. Beckstrom with any questions.

  • Audible: https://stories.audible.com/start-listen  Free 69 eBook titles to choose from, including classics and newer releases.
  • Short stories: http://www.bestrobotever.com/ Totally free website. Read the hook and select a short story. Each podcast delivers chapters in 6-9 minute intervals. They are all different and have different topics.

BOOK BORROWING POLICY

  • Books checked out of the Harmon Media Center have a 2 week loan period (renewable).
  • No fines will be charged for returned books.
  • Lost or damaged books will incur a charge. A receipt will be given.
  • Unpaid bills will follow the student through high school graduation.

DONATE TO OUR MEDIA CENTER

  • Consider donating funds to help us buy new books for the enjoyment of Harmon Middle School students.
  • All denominations are accepted and appreciated.
  • Will also accept selected new/gently used books.
  • A bookplate will be prepared for each book noting the donation.
